Hi I just got done reading your blog and have a question. Did you have a set calorie amount that you ate while working out that much?? I am kinda on the fence about how much I should eat while working out so hard. I work off between 2500-3000 calories a week and eat about 1700 calories a day. But I am not losing. I walk about 3 miles to 5 miles every other day and do strength training. Thanks in advance.
