A Balancing Act

I am 40 years old, a mother to 4 boys...and trying to juggle too many things.

I am going to dispell the myths that I have told myself: I'm too busy to exercise, I can't eat healthy when other family members bring junk food into the house. Those are wrong, I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me! HERE I GO!!

ADDENDUM: 2012 ...Will this be the year? The year to get it together.

I am praying that through God's Strength, I can learn to put ...

Not to say this won't take motivation, and work on my part, but with Christ being First....and casting all my burdens on Him... I look forward to seeing how he can transform my mind, my spirit, and my body all to his Glory.

My Goals:
To re-establish those habits that I have lost:

Water...drink it....

food...track it

and
exercise...do it

This doesn't have to be complicated.

My Program:
To exercise daily at a level of intensity that is challenging.

To eat within my calorie range, planning my meals accordingly. I want to meal plan atleast 3 meals
ahead at one time.

I am a minnesota 39 year old Christian mom to 4 boys.
Wife to a wonderful husband who is transforming his body with P90X.

Glad to hear you are keeping up with your tracking. I'm doing pretty well, thanks. We started a boot camp at work so I'm guaranteed 2 days a week of strength training...something you know I've struggled with to do consistently. Thanks for checking on me.
