New single life=new intro. My plan for now is to just concentrate on me for the next 6-8months. That includes staying single and giving my all to my meal plans and my workouts! I always get distracted when I start dating and give my all to him(who ever he is!), and well at this point I can't do that. Plus when I do start looking around I want to be the best possible version of me!

------I'm Canadian(Alberta!). I'm almost 30!(yikes 30!!) and I've been doing the yo yo thing way too much over the past 8 years, and now, now it's caught up to me. I'm here because I need the support, especially on the bad days. I have over 100 lbs to lose. I have a lofty goal of 100lbs in 1 year. This is probably going to be the hardest, most trying year of my life. I do have some support in the form of my mom and dad.

I'm fighting for my life at this point. My mobility is junk, I worry about if I fit in certain chairs, or if I will break them. HOW EMBARRASSING. Airplane seats are tight and uncomfortable. Next time I go on a plane(Christmas 2012!) I plan on not having to be embarrassed because the seat belt barely fits. My hips hurt if I sit or lay down too long. Sometimes my knees hurt. THESE ARE WARNING SIGNS LINDSAY! FIX IT NOW! MAKE IT RIGHT! My feet hurt if I stand or walk too long. Hello! Did it really have to come to this? No it didn't, but we're here anyways, so lets fix it.
