Life's changing and so is my weight!
My name is Ana and I am 27 years old. I have a beautiful five year old daughter. I am currently in the middle of a divorce and have decided to use this time to make some changes I should have been making for a long time now. I would like to start running again. I used to run 3-5 miles a day. I would like to make healthier choices with food. And I would like to stop smoking.
