Back on the road again... the right one that is!

I've been "dieting" my entire life! I go through stages of eating anything I want to freaking out over how many calories are in a piece of bread. Needless to say, this website is a great place to take the pain out of calorie counting and gives you motivation for doing the right thing, one day at a time. I hope to lose my unhealthy weight and maintain a healthy weight. It's really nice to be able to see that we all have the same problems and concerns that we deal with everyday.
