No Longer Willing to Stay the Same
Going into 2013 I am at the point where I have maintained my weight with some fluctuations but nothing too crazy, I did a good job of staying about the same weight I am now throughout the whole of 2012. This is great news but I still want to lose 60+ lbs so it is time to change up what I have been doing. Goals and plans for the coming year are: - I have connected my Fitbit to Spark and MFP, I am going to use this to get additional daily steps and make sure that I am logging them. ...
Going into 2013 I am at the point where I have maintained my weight with some fluctuations but nothing too crazy, I did a good job of staying about the same weight I am now throughout the whole of 2012. This is great news but I still want to lose 60+ lbs so it is time to change up what I have been doing. Goals and plans for the coming year are: - I have connected my Fitbit to Spark and MFP, I am going to use this to get additional daily steps and make sure that I am logging them. - I will be doing a weekly weigh in and posting net loss or gain - I am going to continue what I do for fitness but I am going to be waking up early on work days and doing workouts before work to ensure that I get it done especially on days I have class. - My nutrition needs a big overall I am just eating too much. I am not eating the wrong things just too big of portions and too many cheats. This will be the biggest battle but it is one I can win. To combat this I am going to do a better job logging my food. - My goal for weight loss is 2lbs per week. - I also need to make sure that I am drinking a minimum of 64oz of water and ensuring that I take all supplements and medications on time and daily. I do not want to stay the same I am looking to improve. My race calendar this year includes 1 half marathon and an Olympic distance triathlon. This year is mostly focusing on school and wedding planning so beyond those 2 races anything that I want to do is good but I am not going to plan for any other races.
