Hi. Thanks for your comment on my blog. I'm staying on week 1 until I get the breathing thing down. This is technically only the fist week 1 but i started it on a Saturday so still building my stamina.
If you are on week 5 then in my book, your WannaBeRunner should be AlreadyAmARunner! LOL I'm so proud of you. Do you have other tips that might help me breath better?
Someone recommended breathing in for 2 steps and out for 2 steps. That's helping some.
I can't believe I'm running... even if it is only for 30 seconds! LOL
I'm good! I got a little behind on running too, hopefully I can get back on track tomorrow. I finished week 4 but decided to do it again because week 5 is CRAZY! I have only done day 1 (again) once. I got the JM30DS! It's a lot harder than I thought .... hahahaha not sure why I thought it wouldn't be that hard
