Tammy's Journey to a Good Life

I've been on this mission for 1 yr and 10 months. My lowest weight was 170lbs. Since January I've gained back some of my weight. Now I'm determined to lose that weight and then get onto my goal of 160 lbs.

Hey Tammy! How's the weather where you are? Have you had loads of snow dumped on you? Right now we're just getting frost, frozen fog and loads of rain. We had a dusting of snow last month~it was pretty.

Tammy,

I can't win for losing either. I do not know what is going on with me either. My weight is down, and then up again. I am now 168.8 and I don't know what it is that has been in this jam. I know it's the way I eat, but I am also active and on the move a lot. I have to find some kind of balance, and it's stressing me out so much. I'm just going to have to work on it, and I will work on it. I'm just stressing. We both might be bring too much into this. We have to get back on our starting track, and get it back that way. That's what we have to do.. Just relax.. Easy said than done right. Well, we are going to get somewhere with this weight. I'm not going to stop eating. I'm just going to work on moving exercising and hard cardio and weight training more.. Something is going to have to give.

WE can DO THIS!
