my weight loss journey

My whole life I have worried about my weight and my whole life it seems I have struggled to be healthy and live the life I have always wanted...healthy and active and energetic. My goal is to figure out why it is a struggle and what is holding me back, what is it that keeps me from being who I deserve to be. This blog will be about my truths and my struggles. My Goals:
my goal is to not diet, to stop yo yo dieting and live my life to the fullest. I want to change my eating habits in a way that changes my lifestyle. My goal is also to break past the mental barrier that tells my I can't do it.
My ultimate goal is to lose 50lbs and do it in a year....I know longer want a quick fix

My Program:
eating 1600 calories a day
eating less processed food and more whole foods and to cut back on sugar. And being more active.

I will make small changes, one at a time

Other Information:
I have pcos and insulin resistance and possibly thyroid issues. I want to treat these things naturally. I have metformin in my cabinet for my insulin resistance, but I am putting off taking to see if I can't turn this crap around and manage it with diet and exercise.
