I'm gonna do this!

I have started this journey to get healthy more than once. I have gotten off the path so far a few times it has taken a while to find my way back again. I plan to stay on the path this time.
So here is what I have decided I need to do to accomplish my health goals and continue to have fun along the way:

1. Eat healthy and move everyday.
2. Become a food snob. I will give my body only the best food available. Fresh veggies, fruits and lean protein. Water.

2. Become a food snob. I will give my body only the best food available. Fresh veggies, fruits and lean protein. Water.
3. I will stretch my body and mind each day.
4. I will give my body adequate rest.
5. I will learn the word NO and practice saying it everyday...
6 I will spend time with my Grandchildren doing what they love to do ....playing, running & laughing...
7. I will focus on feeding my body for energy and health. Eating should not be a form of entertainment
8. I will do what needs to be done at the moment..procrastination steals my inner Peace...
9. I will no longer let others steal my happiness...If you can't be as happy for me as I am for you..I don't need you in my life...
10. Remember that I already have all that I need inside of me to do anything I decide to do.

My goals are to get healthy by losing weight ,exercising and quitting smoking.

I have just started counting calories and plan to work out both at home and at the gym... I also like to walk out doors...

I have been married since 1973 ( I was 17 and my Hubby was 18!) & we still like each other (most days anyway).... We have 2 adult daughters & 5 amazing Grandchildren

I'm hoping all is well with you. Welcome to the month of December! It's a holiday season filled with miracles. It's also the last month of the year to reflect how far you have come from the beginning stages of your journey to the many changes that have been made to live a healthier lifestyle. I'm sending Ghostly Greetings from my sparkpage to yours!
It is the final October weekend before Halloween night.
BEWARE to avoid the awakened Spirits cemetery tours!
As each year brings haunted houses, ghoulish costumes and screaming delight!

The brewing cauldrons are overflowing with potions galore.
"Hang around for a spell!" the witches always cackled.
Bats flying, spiderwebs spinning and creepy crawlers soon join the horror.
Let's just hope, the rattling skeletal bodies do not become unshackled.

The spooktacular fright night will soon be here.
It's on October 31st, we will witness Trick-Or-Treat!
Be sure to watch for the full moon to appear.
Have a BOO-tiful Halloween evening without smelling anyone's feet!
