I AM TIRED!!!

I am tired all the time.

I am tired of feeling fat and gross and seeing my chubby stomach sticking out under my shirt.

I'm tired of eating food that makes me feel awful. Half the time I don't even enjoy it when I am actually eating it.

I am tired of literally being tired because I don't treat my body well and it (for good reason) doesn't have the energy it should.

I am tired of hanging out with all my skinny ...

I am tired all the time.

I am tired of feeling fat and gross and seeing my chubby stomach sticking out under my shirt.

I'm tired of eating food that makes me feel awful. Half the time I don't even enjoy it when I am actually eating it.

I am tired of literally being tired because I don't treat my body well and it (for good reason) doesn't have the energy it should.

I am tired of hanging out with all my skinny healthy friends and being embarrassed standing next to them. It is pool season and I want to lay out there with confidence, not the desire to cover up!

I am tired of knowing that my poor choices influence and add to my husband's poor choices and his weight gain.

I'm tired of feeling invisible and was recently reminded of how good it feels to be seen.

I want to change. A few years ago (with the help of SparkPeople) I lot 15 pounds and swore I would never go back to my start weight. I am not back at that weight and cannot seem to stop the slide I am on.

My Goals:
I want to get my weight down to 145 (ideally) but more importantly I want to feel fit, and trim, and strong, and fit into my clothes! I want to become a stronger runner and be able to increase speed and distance.

My Program:
-Run! At least twice per week.

-Yoga-lates on Wednesdays. Love it! So good for my mind and body :-)

-Use Fitbit to really motivate myself to average 7500 steps per day.

-Drink 8 glasses of water daily

-Use food tracker to stay in calorie range

-Really learn to portion my food instead of mindlessly eating.
