... thanks for the goodie!... you are going to love kettlebells. They are both challenging and fun... a totally different way to strength train.

... I have 5, 7, 8, 10, 12 & 15 lb kettlebells. Are you going to workout with the kb's at home or at a gym?... if at home, do you have instructional videos? If you need or want suggestions for workout videos, let me know.
