Fitness Minutes: 45,799

My Goals:
Long term: lose 13 lbs and be toned, toned, toned!
Short term: lose 1 to 2 lbs a week (on a Lose 5 lb. Challenge in Buff Boomers team at the moment)

My Program:
I work out with dvds at home and stream YouTube videos 4 to 5 days a week.

I eat pretty clean (very limited white stuff, no artificial sweeteners or trans fats) 95% of the time and prefer to cook, rather than go out to eat.

Personal Information:
I'm happily married to my soulmate, Jim - for 31 years now. We live in the country and have 4 kids between us. 'Our' baby graduated from college 6 years ago and married 2 months later so we're empty-nesters and have adjusted really well to it. It's been quite different as we've had children around since the day we met ('his' and 'mine').

    Hi Wanaka, how are you doing? I wasn't doing well, my father passed away. My mother was hospitalized in the same weekend. After we laid him to rest and all, l caught a bad cold. I was laid up for two weeks. Even after all that my energy was not up. I used comfort foods to get through. Sorry. I was doing much better. Now l have to loose 15 pounds. I'll give two months.
