Starting Over....once again!

I am a married mom of two, and stay home with my kids-I have a 3 year old and a 4 year old, so life is busy! I also do daycare for a newborn and a 3 year old and in the evenings I do Medical Transcription from home.

I joined SP about two years ago to lose weight for a cruise vacation. I sucessfully lost the weight and had a great time on the cruise. Then I came back home and fell into my old patterns and over the last year gained it all back...plus some! UGH! I'm back here ...

My Goals:
My goal is to get to 130. It may take a while but I WILL get there!

Overall Goal: To feel comfortable in my own skin again and not always feel like the "fat" girl in the room!


My Program:
I'm starting all over from scratch and getting back into the habit of tracking all of my food.

I have a tendency to not drink enough water, so that's a biggie that I need to work on. I usually make it through the day wtih only coffee/pop (I know, I know).
I'm starting with those two baby steps for now.

Personal Information:
I am married and have 2 young kids. We live in Western Wisconsin but are from St. Paul, MN origninally (we live on the MN/WI border now).

HOw did your first day on the Wii Fit go? I'm hoping you're liking it. I need to get mine out and use it more.

How are you doing? I've lost 4.5 lbs this month so far. Now if I could just keep that up I'll be at my goal by summer.

The Wii is cool. I have one but really to tell you the truth I haven't done it in so long. I need to get back on it. I just didn't feel that I got a good enough workout. But it is fun. Your kids will love it too.

I strongly suggest getting a Wii and doing boxing on Wii Sports - it is really a workout! I've also heard a lot of good things about Wii Active, so I'm probably going to get that one of these days, too. It's so fun "working out" on the Wii!! :-) You really work up a sweat! haha
