first response to your message about being back here for the millionth time. You don't fail, until you quit trying!!!!
I'm thinking of attempting a 5K this summer. Roberts has one during their festival that I'm thinking of trying. I've learned that I'm a fair-weather runner. The weater has to be just right, with very little wind & if the land is flat, all the better! :) At my in-laws, I ran an entire 3.8 miles and felt pretty good about it. Then I got home, mapped out 3.6 miles and had to walk a good portion of it!
But, I'm here to be what you need me to be!! Good luck with the running. I actually liked it better than I thought I would! It still isn't my favorite form of exercise (being all of the things that have to align for me to do it outside! :) )
Things here are busy busy busy! I'm up 11 lbs from my lowest weight and it seems like no matter how hard I try to eat well and get workouts in, I can't get the scale to budge. So then I start thinking what the He** is the point to work this hard and maintain at an "overweight" BMI??? So frustrated, but aren't we all??
