I have been trying to reach my goal since April 2009. I am hoping that 2011, will be the year. I have come to see that I need to lose more than just 10 pounds. I have set my new goal to 145.

My Goals:
1st Goal- 155
2nd Goal- 145
3rd Goal- attack body fat
4rd Goad- Definition

My overall goal is too see a steady 145- 150 on the scale with muscle definition.

My Program:
I have been following the Body Confidence Plan. Eating 40%P, 35%C, 25%F. I'm really trying to cut the snacking. I have good control and can handle not eat the whole bag but I snack on too many things.

Personal Information:
I live in Staten Island, NY and work in the IT field. I sit down all day long in front of a computer with very little movement. I have been spending more time Jillian's DVD every morning to help me reach my goal
