I would like to lose 40 lbs. and exercise 3 to 4 days a week. I know this will make my overall health improve!
I am making better food choices and am watching my sodium intake. I have been able to do aerobics 3x a week and am trying to add a couple of days of strength training all at home.
My name is Lee Ann. I live in a small town and enjoy the slower paced life. I am semi-retired and work part time. I have two grown children. My husband and I have been married for 32 years.
I enjoy watching NASCAR races, reading, and playing with our cat and dog. I am also a General Hospital fan.
I have been a bit busy myself and then when I get home I am drained. Glad you keep in touch...you and another spf are my fun soap buddies to talk to about GH! Today I crashed for the most part. I can't believe Robin didn't go home either, but on the other hand would feel kind of weird about Patrick being torn about his feelings. Kind of like he cheated on her, but not-- You know what I mean. That Jerry has so many lives! He needs to look up the Dr.'s who helped Robert...he had the same poison, but woke up out of a coma fine without the cure! Sabrina should not run off with Carlos now-Patrick may choose her! Now shemay have blown it! I tell you if Bobbie has anymore face lifts she won't be able to talk! Geeze! Now wonder what is going to happen with Lucas being Jullian's son? Bet they bring him on the show. Duke and Sonny...watch out Duke, Anna will not like that business partnership! Have a terrific Thursday!! Don't work too hard!
Thanks for the elf goodie - it did brighten my day!
Hi Lee Ann! Thanks for the nice note, how was your visit? I'm sure you had a great time together!! What was the craft fair like? Did they have a lot of vendors? Do you collect any special things for Christmas? I love vintage things, and almost all my Christmas things are from the 30's-early 60's. I also like snowmen! We had an interesting Thanksgiving, the day itself went well, but a man who is like a father to me, and a grandfather to our daughter is very ill. We were called to his bed side, they didn't think he would make it. He went into hospice care yesterday, so I am grateful for the time we have had with him, and that my daughter could visit him because she was home. I am still struggling, last year I was doing better, but every day my resolve starts getting stronger , and I am reading other inspiring blogs. The problem is I don't have the access to the computer now that my other student is home, it's in her room, and I don't like disturbing her to keep getting on. She's at a sleep over today so it's nice to have this chance to catch up! I pray that you are well, and that you are doing well, for yourself. We can, and we must keep trying. The people who love us want us to be here, and we need to think about that, and the quality of our life as well. Please take care, thanks so much for keeping in touch I appreciate it!
