ok so i need to slow it down. no more running, unfortunately no more cycling (ugh i'll miss this), because i'm going to have a baby!

so lots of yoga, i'll still do belly dance class, lots of walking and hopefully i won't be too out of shape come september.
i've never had a kid before, so i bet my expectation of doing the turkey trot this november may change. but a girl can have goals right?

- make realistic exercise goals as a preggo
- exercise 3 days a week and work up to 5 days by April
- continue yoga
- continue belly dancing
- walk a lot
- watch my weight gain, try to keep it 15-20lbs
