His joy is new every morning!

Since High school I gained 134 pounds. That was before the birth of my fourth in 2004.

My goal is to Glorify God, to CONSISTENTLY treat my body as His temple.

EDIT: 1/31/08 Back up to 240. I must learn CONSISTENCY.

EDIT: 9/27/2010 Back to 267. Nothing like starting over again.

My Goals:
To treat my body ast God''s holy Temple. My first weight goal is to reach 199. I have not been below 200 since 1995.

199 2/14/07 Missed the goal. I will work harder to meet the next one.

Well by 4/14/07 I weighed in at 200. I was so excited I allowed myself to eat some no no's. Well it is 4/30/07 and I am back to 211. So much work blown in just a few short days. I am going to get back on track.

Well, 21 lbs by 5/5 no way.

Another missed goal. I am going to change my next goal to make it a bit easier to reach.

My Program:
Putting God first. I will be sure to spend time in God's word and time in prayer before I eat.

This is an area that I have been failing in. I am going to put more of an effort to spend time with God. Mostly on those days I do not feel like it. And on the weekends when I do not have much free time.
Allowing God to be my all in all.

Removing sugar from my eating except for fruit.

Exercise:
cardio 3 times a week
Strength 2 times a week

Cut carbs down to a min. I need to find a level of carbs that is low enough but allows enough carbs that my cravings do not get so overwhelming.

Update 5/6/08
April 10th I found out my thyroid is off. Today I find out the results and what needs to be done. I do pray that fixing my thyroid will help me to lose weight.

Hi dear Sis in Christ, Sorry for this lo...ng silence had some problems with the internet it was restored only now after six months! lot has happened meanwhile my husband got transfered to another state all of a sudden it took a lot of grace and faith to let him go...Our only trust is in Lord and His Promise that all things happens for good...(Romans 8-28).Meanwhile The Lord had helped me to loose around 8kg .please do keep our family in your daily prayers.I am planning to update my page with some latest snaps check them out! love to family and fellow believers .God Bless
