Keep Moving
I was diagnosed with HER2 positive breast cancer in Oct 2010. Since then, I have been through surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation, and gained a little weight with inactivity. I am 1 year cancer free!! My docs have given me the green light to participate in a moderate diet and exercise routine to get my body back in shape.
