I just turned 40 years old and need to improve my fitness level and lose some weight. Now is the time to make lasting changes. It is easy to see that it is not going to get any easier as I get older.

My Goals:
I would like to get my weight down to a range of 175 to 180.

I want to be fit enough to go hunting in the mountains should opportunity present itself.

My Program:
Primarily I am tracking my nutrition and fitness activities on this site. So far this has helped me learn a great deal about nutrition and has added regimen to my workouts.

Personal Information:
I am from central Minnesota and have grown up enjoying the great outdoors. In particular I love to hunt and fish (but mostly fish).
