Get fit enough to keep up with my dogs.
Control portions, exercise consistently & explore food groups other than chocolate.
I'm a SWF 50-something native Oregonian. My dogs are my kids & my reason for getting fit.
I enjoy gardening--flowers by preference & veggies for health. I love old dogs & old movies, reading British cozy mysteries, non-fiction history, and all-things-dog.

I always loved my fitbit's. The ones that I clipped onto my clothing.
Beginning of this year I bought the Charge HR it went on my wrist. It took awhile to get used to, I found it quite inaccurate because I work on a computer and such and I believe it counted a whole lot of steps from my wrist action.
I am not impressed at all and if I can't get this one working, I will go back to the good ole $5 or $10.00 pedometer.
Anyway, I think I have wasted too much money on gadgets lol. I admit that it was and has been motivating though, to see the steps etc.
Huggles! Have a terrific amazing awesome incredible day!
