My Goals:
Get fit enough to keep up with my dogs.

My Program:
Control portions, exercise consistently & explore food groups other than chocolate.


Goal 1 --hit 247 by 7/4/15 (BMI 39.9) Goal met 6/15/15

Goal 2--222 by Dec. 1

Goal 3 - break 200
March 2016?

Goal 4- leave obesity behind (BMI 29.9, at 185#)

Goal 5 - BMI = Normal (154# or less) Sometime this millennium...


Personal Information:
I'm a SWF 50-something native Oregonian. My dogs are my kids & my reason for getting fit.

I enjoy gardening--flowers by preference & veggies for health. I love old dogs & old movies, reading British cozy mysteries, non-fiction history, and all-things-dog.

I spend probably too much time reading dog training lists, books & Sparkpeople!
