This is Me on my way to becoming what I can be

I work too much and play too little but I love cooking and apparently still haven't got the eating bit right. Exercise was not really my forte but I love riding my bike when the weather is right and I am in the right frame of mind. The dark mornings and evenings of winter used to depress me until I discover (and got addicted) to cross country skiing. Now I want more than ever to get fitter every year. I still thrive on long warm sunny days and try to feel better and reduce my stress levels ...

The dark mornings and evenings of winter used to depress me until I discover (and got addicted) to cross country skiing. Now I want more than ever to get fitter every year. I still thrive on long warm sunny days and try to feel better and reduce my stress levels by using my exercise bike at various times throughout the day.

So glad you got a good night's sleep and gave your stomach a rest! We are the ones who know our bodies the best! Oh, I have to tell you it is 60 degrees down here today and we are headed for 66 tomorrow! Just gorgeous weather right now! Take care, and hope you continue to feel better! emoticon

Thanks, Rosalind! You won't have to shovel snow much longer, and will have to go to Colorado to ski! No snow in San Antonio! Can't wait for you to get here! emoticon

Yes, today dawned bright and sunny and it even got halfway warm today! Love the sunshine, hadn't realized how used to it I have gotten. So, you are leaving in February? I think you should post picture blogs. Do you have a place to live down there, already? Do you have to sell your home in Montana? I guess your husband's job was transferred to Texas, or maybe you are retiring, but I know that you will love it here after living in the cold country! emoticon

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I know what you mean about finishing the house! We still have lots of outside building to do though! Would love to see blogs on your move!

Thank you for the comments on my blog. We loved San Antonio but hubby lost his job so we moved. People from there come from all over and are so friendly.. We lived in an apartment complex with a pool. My daughter was about 15 and she cried that we had to leave. She loved it there so much. We went to the Alamo but never got to see the riverwalk. I did't drive and hubby was an over the road truck driver.
/Good luck and happy New Year. Pam emoticon
