My Goals:
To become a more healthier me and to gain control over my Type 2 diabetes.

My Program:
Drink 8 glasess of water daily.
Cardio exercise at least 5 times a week (30-45 minutes)
Strength Training 3 times a week.

Personal Information:
I am a Registered Nurse, I have a very supportive family.

Other Information:
I love riding my bike, listening to my ipod (Big music fan). I love to pamper myself (This is not a challenge for me) LOL!!

Hi!! I have been MIA for years and still dealing with this weight struggle but I think I got it down mentally now!! I think I "get it" and why I have not been truly successful... I hope all is well! :)

I might not have been on here in a long time but I never forgot ya..
thanx for not droppin me as a friend! a lot of so called 'friends' did. I've had alot of pain issues, had an MRI and x-rays yesterday and see the Doc Monday. How are you doin?

Just checking in on you. I hope and pray all is well. I decided to rejoin the 5K walk. I am on third week and the 3 day. I have a medal for the 1st time. But the rejoining is beyond a trophy this time.
