I am a full time grad student and part-time school librarian. I am going to lose the stupid 30 pounds that have been making me tug at my clothes and strategically pose in pictures for a decade.

Update: March 13, 2012- Down 22.5 pounds going into the Spring 5% Challenge! I am more fit, happier, wear a smaller size, and look forward to kicking this last 7.5 pounds in it's dumpy behind!!!

Update #2: May 14, 2012- down 33 pounds! I've exceeded my own expectations/dreams thanks to the Spark program & my amazing Sparkfriends! Currently working on Michelle Obama arms...

Update #3: Moved to Hawaii in July 2012, maintaining my weight within about 5 pounds. Embarking on the FastDiet tomorrow (9/15/13)! Blogs to come...

Final update: January 2, 2014- down 30 pounds from my original weight! I've kept these 30 pound OFF since June 2012. In 2014, I will learn to better maintain a healthy body and mind. Thank you all for your support!
