One Grandma's walk across the country
I enjoy living and intend to do so for a long time. I enjoy spending time with my family and enjoy doing things with them. I want to continue to be active with my children and grandchildren. I don't want to be the old fat granny who can't do things because I don't feel well enough. I want to fit in seats, theater and airplane and I want to be able to run up the steps of the Lincoln Memorial one more time at least. I have walked across the nation twice that I have ...

My Goals:
My goal is to have a BMI below 25.
My Program:
Workout three times a week. Continue walking daily Stay within my calorie range. Make certain that I eat lots of fruits and veggies. Get better control of the stuff I own and not let it own me.
