    Mini-Challenge for you: “Just A Little ... Adds Up”

    Do little, metabolism-revving activities briefly throughout the whole day … like getting up to stretch, walking around, side-stepping at your desk, squats during commercials, you get the idea. Sneaking in just 5-minute exercises 6 times a day actually burns more fat over a 24-hour period of time than exercising for 30 minutes straight. Resting between bursts of activity prompts your body to use fat for fuel. So keep doing those little things … they add up to big things, like good health & fat loss! GO CHAMPIONS!!! emoticon emoticon

    Every day this week, schedule some "special" time ... just for you! Then do something that relaxes you. It could be a hobby, a peaceful walk, a bike ride, listening to music, reading a good book, or talking to a friend. Whatever gives you great pleasure.

    Engaging in activities purely for pleasure is an important part of maintaining good emotional and mental health. And planning something you enjoy can also give you a healthy dose of energy. Anticipating something fun can get you up in the morning and keep you going through the day.
