need to get there

trying hard ---- getting nowhere. used to drink 8 to 10 cans of soda a day and never exercised. last year i have had a total of 6 cans of soda and use a treadmill 5 times a week for 30 mins increasing the incline from 2.5 to 4.5 and increasing the speed from 2.5 to 3.1 so far and i have lost 2 lbs. don't know what i am doing wrong but willing to try almost anything to lose 80 lbs.
