My Goals:
I would like to lose 200 pounds which would put me in a happier weight range. I want to make sure I am here to see my kids grow up.

My Program:
My husband and I are doing it together which really helps. We have purchased several healthy cook books, and have cooked a 1 meal out of them every day for the last 3 months which has helped immensely.
