Cardio - 30 minutes a day 6 days a week.
Strenght training - 3 times per week.

Live in Eastern Oregon.

Happily married to a wonderful guy for 33 years in September.

Work outside the home as a bookkeeper.

I LOVE oatmeal, especially in the cool mornings. I saw you wanted the recipe for carrot cake oatmeal, so I thought I'd share. I've made this oatmeal several times before, and it's THE BOMB. It's seriously incredible. Angela (of Oh She Glows) has a million amazing oatmeal recipes... I love them all! She just posted a pumpkin-pie oatmeal recipe recently, too.

Thanks as always for your comment on my blog! Hubby's feet are doing much better today, which is a very good thing--we have a 10-mile race on Saturday! Needless to say he will not be wearing his Vibram Five Fingers for that one. He learned his lesson.

Thanks so much for commenting on my grocery list blog.....I'm really glad you did because I bought a TON of strawberries and I totally forgot to freeze them! You reminded me that I still need to! lol

And yes....I'm very IMPATIENTLY waiting for the watermelons to show up at our farmers market! One stand actually had some apples and I was shocked..haven't tried them yet so I hope they're good!
