My Goals:
My goal is reduce my weight from 90 Kg to 70 Kg. So far I reduced 7.5kg (16.5 pounds).

My Program:
I am trying to adopt Paul Mckenna Hypnosis techniques and following his book 'I can make you thin'

Four Golden Rules:
1. I EAT, when I am hungry
2. I EAT, what I want
3. I EAT, consciously and enjoy every mouthful
4. Stop EATING, when I am full

Cardio Exercises for 30 minutes in alternate days


Drink 2 litre of water

Light weight lifting exercises

Thanks a lot for your motivating message and SparkGooddie you sent me. I am trying hard keep my excersie routine and keeping eye on daily calorie intake.
I am enjoying weight-loss results and some of my friends has already apprecite my weightloss progress.

Please keep motivating ....becoz i need your help :)

Working for a TV channel sounds intriguing! and being in London you'll have all the facilities you need to make this challenge a success.
