    Hi there!

A fitbit is a digital pedometer. It was used on one of the Biggest Loser seasons and has been advertised on SP for a while. It will measure your steps, how many miles you've walked etc. It links up to SP and will digitally enter your exercise into SP. Unlike most pedometers you can wear it anywhere. On your belt, around your neck like a necklace or you can even hook it to a bra strap and it will detect your movements.

Check it out at fitbit.com or watch for it advertised on SP.

    Hope this helps!

I like to see your comments from NYC! I'm an NYS person myself. So we know what it is like to live in the great Northeast! It is turning cooler in upstate. I hate to see those warm days go. You have done so well to lose 32 pounds! emoticon You go, girl! Don't get discouraged! - Diane -

Count your life by smiles, not tears.
Count your age by friends, not years.
Happy Birthday, and may all the wishes and dreams you dream today turn to reality.

Thanks for your comments on my Taming the Sweet Tooth post. You're right about the cocoa in my coffee. I managed not to drink any coffee today (therefore no cocoa) even though I was very tired. Not having the cocoa helped me stay away from sweets. Plus I really focused on making sure I got lots of fruits and veggies to help with cravings, so they haven't been too bad at all today! emoticon
