Hello Sis! Hows it going? It been slow going for me, but I am starting to see some success. My knee is getting stronger and by September I'll be ready for surgery. I am doing an alkaline diet with lots of veggies and fruit, but I am so craving the bread carbs. Mom said it would take about 2 weeks to get through most of that. Man, it going to take some determination. Its just like you said....... it comes to the point when you have to make a choice about where you want to go. love ya 1647 days ago
