Hi, I'm Vickey, over the last couple of years I have let my weight slip. I am finally ready to get back on track and start feeling better again. I am taking things slow for now but my goal is to find a good diet and excercise plan that I can live with for the rest of my life, I want to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. I always did in the past, I just lost the motivation.

Hey There,
Just checking in to see how it's going. I have been super busy especially with school. I have still been able to keep up with my exercising and healthy eating. I just need to update my profile because I am getting tired of peanut butter and baby carrots which I had to eat that because I knew the exact calories! I'm officially down 12 pounds since I started on June 1. YAYAYAYAYA....ME!! Anyway, I'll check in again soon!

Hiya Vickey!

Yeah weekends are tough as the fridge seems to be nearer all day long! I try to be more active on the weekends doing yardwork, housework and playtime with the Angels. This generally has me drinking more water and keeps me from snacking.
