Back To Slim

I don't update my main page or blogs as much as I should... But I still Spark mostly every day! Sparkpeople literally changed my life. My past is below this but these days I am living a healthy lifestyle with the help of Spark & exercising like a mofo... because I simply love it. I Bodyrock/HIIT/WarriorZ... those sort of things. I'd bodybuild if I had the free time but I don't. I work a lot, so fit in my fitness where and as often as I can! :)

Determination is set...

I used to be slim and fit, growing up. I hit 18 and left school, got a car and discovered freedom, all of a sudden I didn't have any physical activity whatsoever in my life. I always ate what i wanted and when i wanted, and i didn't stop this habit. I piled on the weight and didn't even realise what I was doing. I didn't even realise i wasn't 'me' any more. By the time I was 22, i had been over 250lbs. I joined Spark in September 2009, whilst i was still 22. Since then, i haven't looked back!! I have remebered how much I love exercise and sports, and have been eating for my body, not for the taste of junk!!!

A year down the line I have reached my second goal weight here at Spark of 160lbs. I have reached a dress size I never thought i would ever see again. And I don't hide from cameras anymore!!

I got married on 25th September 2010, I had a while out of Spark, half Sparking and half doing what i wanted - now it's time to get back and have a fit and healthy married life, and Sparkling along the way!!

My Goals:
I finally reached my ultimate goal of 138lbs after many years of hard work, sweat, blood (or not so much blood ha) and tears... It took like 2 years to go between the 140s and 130s!!

To feel wonderful about myself, clothed or naked !


My Program:
I am eating how I should be and exercising atleast 3 times a week.

Tracking all of my foods and exercise.

I am having the odd treat and meals i enjoy but i am using my self CONTROL to know when to stop and know when enough is enough!!

Personal Information:
I'm one of the minority on SparkPeople from the UK! And the North West !

I love hardcore workouts.
I like to jump rope.
I love the challenge myself.

Other Information:
I never have the brainpower to think of things for this box... i like anything and everything really and am willing to try anything!

I am so laid back i'm horizontal.

Hey. Sorry for late reply. Well IIFYM is a form of flexible dieting which allows you to eat whatever you want (no food is off limits!) so long as it fits your macros for the day. You calculate this using the IIFYM calculator which you can set up according to your goals. Carbohydrate value is fixed but you can tweak both protein and fats. Seems a great approach, but I never seem to have enough fat left over to use this principle of eating as much as Id care to! If you look up on instagram a lot of people create proyo bowls which consists of yoghurt mixed with protein powder frozen for a while and topped with various treats like a chopped up chocolate bar, m&ms, savoury snack etc. Ive tried this numerous times it is good all about sneaking the protein in haaaaaah!
No, Ive just started Zwowing again so far done about 5, but im going through from the beginning. Ive looked at 47 think Ill pass that one for now. Zwow 48 looks good, im up for doing that whenever you wanna schedule it in?

Hey!
Well Ive started to take things seriously now lol. Im attempting a cut at the moment so my diet is super strict, Ive cut out all artificial sources of sugar and bread and eating super clean during the week, with a cheat meal once/week, where I eat a normal meal or go out and catch up with friends over dinner or dessert and not worry about macro or food content lol! Im trying to avoid deprivation. Soon ill switch to IIFYM, I think. Fitness wise, im all over the place wanna start lifting properly but yet to find a good plan. At the moment im doing a combination of all sorts, zwows, bodyrocks, billy blanks, youtube videos etc whatever I feel like. I think once I get rid of all the fluff Ill start hitting the weights properly. Seems like Im on track at the moment, but Im not exercising as much as Id like to because of my shift work which leaves my schedule very erratic and me very tired! Especially when youre continually switching between day and night shifts. On top of that im dealing with minor health issues which isnt really helping.
Maybe we should zwow together?!
Anyway, whats your diet like?

How have you been? Whats new? Couldnt help but notice that pure badass pose youre working! ROAR! Girl, look at those guns! I havent been sparking much just logging my food and points lol (its all about the points!). Are you still BOdyrocking, ZWOWing? Or doing your own thing?

Thanks for that lovely young and pretty comment :D It's funny that when people say I'm pretty, they usually from western, either expats working here or people I know from online, hehe. Maybe I should start looking for western guys LOL Sometimes I think I don't meet the expectation from Asian men :P

I will be lying if I say my parents don't have any worry of my single status. But they are not pushing me much towards it, usually say it depends on fate, maybe it's best for me to not get married for the moment. The best thing about when you are in your 30s or late 20s, less questions about marriage and also an excuse for me to be more outspoken, more eccentric :D

I usually fall asleep when I'm already comfortable lying, either on floor or sofa, haha. But for horror movies, I tend to hide behind pillows or anything that can shield me and of course, I've never sleep during those scary moments, haha. I prefer movies that either like Fast & Furious and Marvel superheroes or any movies that made me laugh hard. Romance, well, I choose to watch alone or in movie theater with strangers, in case I might cry at sappy moments, hehe.


When I was younger and brother still live with us, we usually have one cake on the night between his birthday and mine :D And I don't think it's expensive time for my family because December always have end-of-year sales, haha.
