Starting Over
I'm a single mom of 2 wonderful boys. I work a full time job & over the past few years have put myself on the back burner in all manners. I've really neglected my health altogether. I'm only 29 & I have high blood pressure, acid reflux & fatty liver disease. I've even had my gall bladder removed! All of these things are because of my weight! I'm only 29 & I have high blood pressure, acid reflux & fatty liver disease. I've even had my gall bladder removed! All of these things are because of my weight! All of these could have been & still can be reversed if I lose the weight. So here I am, trying to kick fat's ass! I'm done buying 'plus size', I'm done buying Prilosec, I'm done being sweaty all the time, I'm done being out of breath whenever I exert myself, I'm done being the 'fat' parent, I'm done with having a 'muffin top', I'm done being the girl with the pretty face & fat body!!! I'm saying 'GOODBYE' to the fat person I was & 'hello' to the healthy person that I WILL be! I want to be here for my kids, I want to enjoy life, I want to be active, happy & healthy! I CAN & WILL do this!

My Goals:
I would like to be able to hike up Silver Falls Trail this summer without being totally out of breath & sweaty! I want to buy size 10 jeans! I want to shop in the regular clothing sections, not 'plus size' I want to be able to play tag, frisbee, baseball & other sports with my kids.
My Program:
Food: Eating more fresh fruits & vegetables, cutting back on fat & all things 'white'. Making sure I'm drinking at least 64 oz. of water a day. Exercise: working out 5 days a week for at least 15-30 min. at a time.
Other Information:
Things I LOVE.......my kids, family, pets, photography, camping, fishing, hiking, shopping, reading, all things Harry Potter, the ocean, the forest, traveling, Ashton Kutcher ;), Jane Austen, stamping, scrapbooking, the smell of rain, the sounds of outside, wildlife, cloudy skies, thunderstorms & chocolate!
