for just ONE day I would like to NOT have to think about what I'm eating...

EVERY day, of EVERY week, of EVERY month, or EVERY year, for approximately 30 years, my day's thoughts start and end with thoughts of food. Why did God give me a sluggish metabolism, why do I have to be fat, or choose to be, I'm not really sure as I understand the concept of "free will" just not how to control my own... ugh! it's so frustrating and all I want is ONE day where I don't even think about food, or how good or bad something is that I eat. Just ONE... so tired of this never ending battle... anyone out there relate?

My Goals:
I am re-committing myself to a 175 lb finish line. I have been over 200lbs since high school... in September I was close to getting under the 200 lb mark but then I got sidetracked... and since then I have gained some of that back... so before it gets out of hand I'm getting back into the regimen of documenting everything that goes into my mouth and get back to the downward trend of weight LOSS

My Program:
I am following a 1200-1500 calorie diet. I am committing to getting back to exercising... due to a couple of recent surgeries I have gotten away from this MOST important aspect of my efforts... I plan to do something cardio every other day and on those off days, at least 2 days of stretching and'or toning/strength training... I have downloaded an app that gives all kinds of great toning and stretching exercises so I have a multitude to choose from and even some of those are designed for people with limited mobility like me... YAY!!!
