Hey Rick, good to hear from you again! Glad you haven't given up and are looking at other options to help. I'm still going strong here, although I seem to be stuck at the weight I'm at. Been hovering around this one for a couple of months!
Still caching, just not as much. I just don't like going out in the humidity. Getting set to place my first one, though.
Good luck with the surgery, my friend. Keep in touch.
Hey Rick, good to hear from you. Would love to cache but unfortunately this time I have to work! End of Tax season is our busiest time for mail and I've already been put on notice to expect to work this Saturday.
As for caches in the area...Barre is mostly park & grabs, but there are a few others out here. GC1W1AP is a good one in a little cemetery. It usually has some good trade items in it as well. GC1MAGC is a real good hide. Took me a couple of tries to get that one. GC3E2QM is a fairly new one, should have some trade items in it. I haven't got this one yet. GC294Q7 is another pretty good hide. There is also a couple in the Hope Cemetery I haven't got to yet as well. Look any of these up and you'll find plenty in the area.
What's the info on the event down south? I'm thinking of going to a mega event in june in MA so this could be a tune up of sorts.
Good to hear from you and I know that sometime we will get together for a cache run.
Caching is going well...not getting out as much as I'd like. I'm up to 123 now 1806 days ago
Good to hear from you. Sorry you have to work. I guess we'll hook up for a caching trip some other time. Good luck on getting to 100. That's my goal for the end of the year, too. Should get it, too. There are a whole bunch along routes 2 and 302 out here.
Talk to ya soon--
btw--I'm in the mid 50's on caches and even have a couple of FTFs! 1961 days ago
Hey Rick, haven't heard from you in a while. How's everything? Listen...if you have Friday off (Veteran's Day) and are up for some Central Vermont caching, let me know and we can set something up. 1963 days ago
