Ready, Set.........

I am a 46 year old stay at home mom with five wonderful kids ages 6, 10, 12, 14 and 16. My doctor has told me I need to lose weight and get my blood pressure down. So here I am, ready to start something that I can stick with and make a healthier lifestyle.

Hard decision about joining, I like how the program held me accountable and I am very disappointed that Vanessa is not doing it, I feel the same about the motivation factor. I'm going to send an email to her boss, how about you? I just had knee surgery 3 weeks ago but I really want to do something. If Aaron is good and he doesnt mind me not doing the lower body stuff the first few weeks then I'll give it a shot. We can do this together and stop in and see Vanessa once a week or something, what do you think?

Awesome! Don't be worried about the 2nd water exercise class. There's a 15 minute break in between so I recommend you bring a snack, that's what I usually do, either an apple or granola-type bar. Heather's class isn't as intense as Vanessa's and you can just take it at your own pace. Heather will understand you came from Vanessa's class and the atmosphere in the 2nd class is a lot more relaxed. I think you'll really like it! Look forward to seeing you! emoticon
