You can do it. I just watch my calories and try to burn 1500 calories in cardio each week. I have found out that If I don't do both, I just maintain. Keep working and don't get stressed when the scales doesn't drop. Also, get a tape measure and chart your progress. I measured once a week and some weekd the scale didn't move, but the tape did.
BTW, what do you teach?
