Kicking the last 10 to the curb!

So I admit, I'm already pretty healthy, but I'd like to be SUPER healthy, & to be quite frank, I've got 10 more lbs to go.. I've got a good muscle mass ratio, just need to cut the fat off! So I'm back again at this ol' bucket & looking for some great ideas & to just keep track & motivated! I already eat everything pretty much all natural & raw, just need to find ways of what my body needs to cut off the weight.. they say the last 10 are the hardest? Well, they can say that again! Hey I saw your post on the sparkteam 'Twenty somethings.." that you deleted your facebook.. it caught my eye because I just did the same thing! I felt that it was bringing nothing but negativity into my life... so I mainly use sparkpeople for networking. Anyway just thought I;d say hi... good luck! ;)

Thank you so much for the comment you left on my blog. You mentioned that your boyfriend doesn't eat well- mine doesn't either! It drives me insane! It's good that yours is changing his eating habits to become healthier. Mine claims that he is going to, so I hope he does. Have a good weekend! :)

And I signed up for a 6 mile Mud-Run obstacle course in May.

Can I bench press? No. Can I climb ropes in the mud? Probably not. But I sure as heck can try!

What do I do to avoid repetition? I sign up for things I am totally underqualified to do.

For example, I never ran before in my life, and I signed up for a 4.2 mile run (Pat Tilman in AZ) in order to either a) prove I still suck at running or b) surprise myself by getting good at something by necesssity

Hey! I saw you on the "20 somethings" and felt the same. Facebook is really quite the downer in terms of keeping you motivated. If you ever need an accountability buddy, I'm here! I'm in the same kinda boat. Lost weight, having hard time keeping it from coming back (frustrating, at best).
