My goal is to get to a healthy weight and maintain it.
Well, I will attempt to lower my carb intake and eat more protein and veggies. I am going to try to dedicate 30 min of cardio per day and drink lots of water.
I am a Los Angeles Native. I love L.A. I am also a student working towards my degree in Computer Science. Probably most of my life I have been struggling with weight but at this particular time in my life this is the most I have ever weighed and I need to change this.
