Hello, I am 50 and on my life journey to health and fitness. I was once 238 pounds have lost down to 165 but, have managed to gain back up to 215 pounds. I have two children a daughter who is 23 and a son who is 19. I have been married for 24 years to a wonderful husband who does support me on my journey. I need to focus more on me.

I love to read books mostly mystery and suspense. My favorite authors are James Patterson, and Sidney Sheldon. I love to hike and ride my bike. Baking is a favorite pass time but, is limited due to my love of food!

My favorite workouts are using my treadmill, my stationary bike, and Leslie Sansone's Walk At Home and various programs she has developed.

Was going to edit below but decided you may not see it... We have to figure are we going to message, or here, or IM anyway I did 15 mins on bike this am and my knee stretches and my 2 back physio ones.

LOl What I really need is someone to take turns walking this dog... not just letting her out in the front yard. Anyway I am over it lol but he sure knew I was ticked but not sure if he figured it out cos he offered to pound the chicken for supper HA. anyway...... he was so oh your knee your leg is buckling but won't walk the dog. argh........
I did see you were looking for me, I was probably making banana bread for dad and Mur. then did the dishes. When I got back to the puter I was like OH VON!!! but you weren't on line. lol
Hope you have a good day tomorrow. Sat we are going to help sil pack. Other than that, not a lot new. Still doing well on my plan but could cave cos wanting sweet tonight but have my green tea. it is too $$ and I feel somewhat better to cheat.
