I have multiple health problems; I fractured 2 of my neck vertibra 30 yrs ago & I have developed bone spurs, arthritis in my neck as well as moderate neuropathy in both arms & legs. It is causing me to have severe weakness & the pain keeps me from sleeping properly. This has caused me to be much less active, with a gain of 80lbs that my doctor now says has to come off.
