    Hi-Glad to meet you! I'm also happy that you're here at Sparkpeople. It's ok to be as good to yourself as you are to everyone else! As a matter of fact YOU should be #1! Please don't be so hard on yourself. You need to start slowly. Get yourself a pedometer and gradually increase your steps. Do something, anything that can keep you moving! Cut out the foods in your diet that you can do without, but don't deprive yourself. And most importantly--Log on to Sparkpeople everyday and track your calories and exercise! Stick with us..we'll all get healthy together, body, mind, and spirit! Don't Quit! Angie
