what to say?

I've been overweight my whole life, and i'm done.
I've been trying to lose weight for what seems to be forever.
I'm in collge, have four jobs, and barely have time to breath, much less lose weight, eat right, or exercise. but damn it, i'm going to try.

Hi Rach! Just wanted to check in on you. Looks like you have some sweet support here.I'm so glad. I managed to get in my walk before it started raining, and have tracked all my food and water today so far. Looks like I'm having trouble getting enough protien. I had been thinking about that for you, too. I'm gonna bake some chicken tenders for all of us. You can grab one on the run and take it with on your way to school.
