Round... 3!!

Yes...round 3 (sigh)...well, in my defense, at least I keep getting back up. Since the last time I updated this, I've lost almost 30lbs and FINALLY...I'm under 300lbs, never felt like I'd see the day. So, it's definitely a slow process. I've always said that when you're really and truly tired of something, like really hit rock bottom, you'll do something about it. I think I'm there. I live in Florida, Single, work full time and go to school. I love visiting new places and meeting new and interesting people.


Other Information:
I like to try various types of workout activities so that I don't get bored. My favorite at the moment is HIIT workouts (High Intensity Interval Training). Depending on the workout, I can knockout cardio and strength training at the same time.

Good luck with round 2! I started SP over a year ago. I would check in and use it some, but I didn't use it for the motivation like I should have. I know that you can get back with your goals and you will accomplish them!
