My Goals:
My first goal is to lose as much weight and inches as I can safely before I see my in laws in Sept. My ultimate goal is to get down to 140 pounds; quit smoking and live healthier!
My Program:
I just joined a local fitness club and I am doing the smart start. I am doing cardio 3 times a week and strength training 2-3 times a week. With the help of SparkPeople I am also changing my eating lifestyle!

I live in Holiday Florida. I am newly married to my 2nd husband and I have 2 daughters a 25 year old and a 1 year old! I am a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant and I enjoy "playing" in makeup and skin care.
