Trying to get back into running - getting started with a routine is sometimes the hardest part! Also trying to "clean up" my food choices - going more natural. This requires planning that I've never been good at but I will try!

I see you want to be at your goal weight by August. I also see you have a trip to Hawaii. Please let me know how Hawaii is and what you did on your visit. We plan to go there next year for the first time. How much money will we need? My daughter and her husband will be going for their first time this month. He just got back from Iraq and his next station is Hawaii. He is in the Army.
I'd like to be down to 130-135 by Sept. 27th for a wedding. I have been losing very slowly. I go on diets and then to regain everything later within a few weeks. I nibble a lot since I quit smoking in November. I just started back to smoking one here and there, so I need to get back on track with it all.
